  1. I used root ginger, and relief was almost instant, cut a slice of the ginger and rub the surfaces on the painful area I kept rubbing it on for a few weeks and have had no pain since this was 3 or more years ago.

  2. I found the 1st exercise relieved a lot of the pain, but the 2nd one caused it to return with a vengeance. So I went back to the 1st and it helped a lot. I'll be doing that one periodically throughout the day. Thank you.

  3. Michelle, you are amazing ❤
I can't believe your simple techniques relieve years of pain and stress, instantly.
I'm so happy I found you.
So many video's out there, with very little substance.
    Thanks again,
for your, no nonsense, wealth of knowledge.🎉

  4. I have a really sore left thumb joint from crocheting too much for too long and it’s been going on for over a year and a half, and the first exercise was something I had never done before and it felt good. I have been doing the other, but in a different way. I keep having to wear a thumb brace on my left hand even though my right hand thumb joint hurts a little but that first exercise was something that really might work. Thank you.

  5. This has taken about 90% of the pain away after on session. Not sure how often to do this but i will try it 3 times a day for 5 days to see what becomes of my aches.
    Thank you very much‼️

  6. I have a right-hand thumb that was injured, by a brain injury, in 1976. My left hand took over and now, 49 years later, I am wanting to stretch my thumb muscles as well as continue the thumb/rubber band exercises I do. How should I try to stretch the thumb muscles of a hand that I do NOT have total brain control of please? I LOVE your videos on YouTube and thought that YOU will know what to do! Thank you!!!!

  7. Either I'm doing something wrong or I'm the outlier, but these exercises made it far worse. Reading the other comments, it seems as if everyone has had improvement. Maybe my arthritis is just too far advanced?

  8. So pleased I found this video…..a good starting point moving forward after a diagnosis of osteoarthritis in my thumb last week. I'm very keen to use exercise on my thumb.
It's scary having to face a degenerative condition but I'll try to do my best with your exercises.
