  1. I love you guys. I’ve been watching you guys for years, dealing with misdiagnosed sciatica and scoliosis but I finally got the actual, correct diagnose of facet arthritis in the lower back. Then, I typed the information in and got you guys again! Did the exercises and I felt the relief almost instantly without having to take pain relievers. I can’t. I can’t tell you how happy I am.

  2. I few years ago I could not close my hand into a fist . It was that way for a year my pointer finger I could not bend at all. They had one simple hand exercise that I did a few times a day after two weeks I was back to normal these guys are great .
