What about PRP injections? Are they good to treat knee arthritis?
I will burry all medicine and I will heal my arthritis.
Walk outside, make flex gimnastic and mobility gimnastic. And most important thing is to think positive, you always win and you cartilage will grow up back in time. There is healing and hope, I always win in this fight. They are great doctors and yess do not make the knee replacement operation because nothing is like your originals.
Drink 2 liter of water with lemmon every day, take magnesium gliconate, zinc citron, boron, vitamin k2, vitamin D. Walk outside, make flex gimnastic and mobility gimnastic, eat garlick, raspberry, bluberry, eggs, natural fish, avocado, bone soup.
This video on treating knee arthritis without surgery is really encouraging. I’ve been afraid of surgery for years, and knowing there are natural and non-invasive options gives me hope. Has anyone here tried physical therapy or supplements that worked for them?
What about PRP or low dose radiation?
Squatting every day with high frequency helps me. The more I move it, the more "lubricated" the knee area feels. I have my worst pain when I've had my knees in one position for a long time, whether its standing or sitting. One thing that really helps with the pain is to use moisturzing lotion or coconut oil with some scraping using the handle of a butter knife. I do this all around the fleshiest parts of the knee (not on the bone) for a few minutes and it feels so much better afterwards.
nothing of this will treat my knees… useless video
You guys talk way way to fast for me to hear or read the CC. I had to bail out early.
I am a 69 year old and this is great. I am almost 70. Hooray.
Wow as a very OLD person I loved it
I have arthritis in my right knee. What are my chances that I will get arthritis in my left knee as well?
Hello from Wellfleet on Cape Cod in Massachusetts! Thanks for your contributions on health; I've watched your videos for numerous years. At 75, my left knee replacement is doing great. My right knee has had othroscopic surgery from a miniscus tear; somewhat unstable at times with some pain. But my strategy is to push out replacement surgery for as long as possible. I'm moderate to very active, work out in a gym and take walks. Here's my question. Have you done a video on strategies for othroscopic surgery, when suitable and not, success rates in treating specific issues, based on credible medical studies? Obviously it's very situational but I would find a more detailed overview helpful as a strategy to avoid replacement surgery or delay it as long as possible as we age. thanks. All best, Dan
WOW as 67 year old man I love pension and my social security. This really helped with my very old arthritis because I’m old and dying from many diseases. I wish I could keep talking but I need to watch my 6 year old grandchildren. I wish to run for president soon!
I've gotten cortisone injection twice, in one knee. It helps a lot, but only lasts tedious for me six weeks, and the second time, it's still working, after one month. I got the injections from my pain management Dr. However, I plan on next going to an orthopedic and do what is recommended. There's the possibility of making the knee worse, from a steroid, from what I've read.
