  1. I feel like everyone is getting osteoarthritis. Can’t sleep normally anymore- if you sleep with your elbow above your head enjoy the mobility. I have to sleep stomach down arms down and my head 180 on my bed or stomach side up. I’m not even in my 30’s yet. Idk what caused this suddenly but I know it’s probably more prevalent right now

I can’t kneel down I am having problems even standing up I am suffering from some stiffness and I an also my muscles are very tight I do a ton of exercises but my condition doesn’t improve too much because I am alss suffering from chronic dehydration not because I don’t drink water is my body don’t absorbing it very tricky situation for me

  3. Doctor my back is weak . I slouch down frequently. My nerves get compressed every now and then , stiffness also do happen on legs and back , during cold times my whole body gets stiffness, pinched nerve also do happen. It's happening since past 3 years , i have seen many doctors but none of them has given any clarity. One doctor said i have Osteopenia. Is this the reason for my suffering? Cuz I'm not convinced I'm just 27 and this started when i was 24/25
