I was given these exercises to 5 years ago, by a PT, for hip osteoarthritis. I do them daily on top of the bed. They do not cure but help keep you moving. "Motion is Lotion " 🙏

Na ja…so habe ich auch früher gedacht und empfohlen…..bis ich selbst betroffen war.Wenn der Schmerz da ist sind solche Übungen nutzlos….leider….Den Stoffwechsel oder die Überbelastung über Jahre hinweg kann sowas leider nicht beeinflussen…schnöde Theorie😢
