Unlock Low Back Pain Relief with the Ultimate Hip Stretch!

#Shorts 😩Low Back Pain? The most common culprit is having tight hips, NOT having a tight back. 😏 So, if you’re always trying to twist, arch and round your back to stretch it out, that’s probably not fixing anything.

✨ INSTEAD, stretch out your hips!! Especially your hip flexors and groin muscles (which are intertwined.)

Releasing constant tension through your hips will, in turn, release tension off your low back. 🙌

🐸This FROG STRETCH is one of my favorites to instantly feel that low back pain relief. It’s a little bit tricky to get into, especially for your knees, so make sure you’re on cushy carpet or even up on your bed.

🐸 Make sure your tailbone is not slumped under, otherwise you won’t feel much of a stretch.

🐸 Hold for 3-5 full, deep breaths or keep it dynamic by pressing back into the stretch, then releasing and coming forward.

Give this a try if you can and tell me how it feels for you!!

  1. It would not be an overstatement to say that this stretch changed my life. After many months of physical therapy nothing was really getting to the root of the problem. I've been doing this stretch daily — now I barely have back pain and my hips are learning to relax. I'm finally able to do other activities (like lifting weights) that help increase my strength, so it's been a really nice snowball effect for me. Really thankful the YouTube gods send this to me, thank you for posting it!

  2. Does this work for arthritis in your lower back. I’m not old enough to have that and I’ve had it for 14 years or more, and it was only discovered because I had an MRI done after a rear end car accident to determine the state of my tailbone, which had been broken.I’m not sure if this is a good exercise for someone who’s had a broken tailbone?

  3. I woke up this morning couldn't walk or bend once I stood up
I managed to get on my knees I almost cried

It works 🙂 it's not gone but it's eased off loads I'm not shuffling
    Can I do this hourly?

  4. You can do the opposite of your lying in bed too. Same position but with your belly up. It's a nice way to end the day. But don't hunch too much into the mattress. Sometimes an extra pillow under the lower back helps.

  5. Wooooow 😭😭🙏🙏🙏
I’m only 36 but have been experiencing excruciating lower back pain on and off for months. Today the pain was unbearable whether I sat down, lied down or stood up, PAIN. I decided to give this a go and my left hip made a horrible popping sound, but when I stood up 90% of pain GONE. I’m so happy I want to cry😭😭😭
