Bob and Brad discuss what causes low back pain in females.

Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.

  1. You may want to remove the quote from the Dalai Lama. He has been cancelled. The 'west' found out why the Chinese Communist Party was after the Monks and the Dalai Lama. In short, the Dalai Lama and his monks enjoyed sex-slavery. They would come down to the lowlands, forcibly take young women back to their monasteries and use them as sex-slaves. The Chinese Communist Party asked them to stop. They wouldn't. So CCP invaded and tried to capture the Dalai Lama. He escaped to India. USA and the 'west' used his for their own political agenda. USA glorified the Dalai Lama to vilify CCP.

But…. eventually west found out how disgusting the Dalai Lama and his monks are. The incident where the Dalai Lama forced his tongue into a little boy, recorded and spread in western media, was the final proof. Obviously the Dalai Lama practiced far uglier exploitation of women and children, but this one incident, recorded by the western media, could not be defended. So the 'west' cancelled the Dalai Lama. US state department no longer glorifies him. You should not either.

  2. 😮@2:07 that is exactly where my back hurts!😢 In that joint where he is pointing. Been to three chiropractors, MRI is normal, only relief is to lay flat and continue to go to the chiropractor bi-weekly for past 2 years!💸 When I don't go, it hurts to walk, sit, drive, work, EVERYTHING! Constant pain🥺😟

  3. "Super-flexible" — probably joint hypermobility, such as people with hypermobile EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) have.
It is NOT a good idea to inject the joints of people who have joint hypermobility with cortisone, because cortisone injections could (and probably would) worsen their condition to the point of causing permanent disability.
People with joint hypermobility have genetic collagen abnormalities that weaken the support structures of the joints (e.g. ligaments and tendons). So they already have weak joints, and cortisone injections would encourage further depletion of collagen from the tissues.

  4. My chiropractor uses a type of massage gun on my lower back. Not the spine but the muscles on other side of the lower back. My back issues stem from losing a MASSIVE amount of weight fast, leaving me with a lot of hanging belly (lots of skin as well- skin is HEAVY!) It pulls so much on my back.

  5. Bob, I am so sorry you had to go through such a painful experience! I was greatly relieved (and I am sure you were too) to know that the cysts were benign. Wishing you a swift recovery. You are a trooper for still getting these videos out!

  6. If you aren’t getting relief going to a standard PT, go see a pelvic PT! They can stretch muscles internally that a regular PT cannot. SIJ injections can help too. I had multiple myself.

  7. So just to throw gas on the fire, I took a machinist course and when explaining this or that to fix or work on the geniuses who be used the terms "female part" and "male part" to be precise, oh boy!

  8. Guys, cortisone is NOT good! I do not think you should be recommend something that degenerates the surrounding tissue and increases joint laxity in the area, causing further problems from abrasion of the lax tissues moving around excessively. It may provide short-term relief, but it's better to fix the laxity with PRP. Take it from a guy who had PRP done. It works much much better without repercussions.

  9. Ok about the birth of baby and we spread then go back together.
Ummm, we were made to have babies.
So anyhow, I'm believing that many things have caused our systems to wreck havoc on our bones. Especially any type of steroids or antibiotics.
I also have been seeing correlations with certain vaccines.
I am not anti science. Im anti poison

  10. I have never been able to do a split but do have hypermobile hip joints. Since quarantine I have not been able to go out and walk (it's all hills where I live) because any incline causes a tightening pain in my tailbone and down my legs that is not sciatica but I don't have any issues on steps. My coccyx now constantly pops if I do the slightest twisting motion.

I was in physical therapy 20 years ago because I couldn't bend my legs when walking up hills after a slight fall. It all sounds like the same thing. However, I have a lot of physical complaints like this that my doctor dismisses as fibromyalgia.

  11. I have a hard time listening to you talk and it upsets me because I DO have an unstable pelvis. You talk too much and talk over each other. I’m lucky my daughter is a yoga instructor and keeps me going strong at 75.

  12. It's TRUE, I have SI joint problems due to arthritis. I get injections every 6 months and at first it's 1 injection, 1 month later the 2nd injection and I'm good for 6 to 8 months. The doctor did all this poking and making me move certain ways to figure out that it wasn't sciatica but SI joint. He also recommended me do stretches and exercises to help strengthen lower back muscles. That seems to help a lot. I have it so bad that it feels like a knife stabbing me and I didnt realize that my right hip pain was from the SI joint. So many doctors that it was sciatica was refreshing to get correct diagnosis and treatment. Also, I started in my 20s having this issue and am now 39.

  13. Healing thoughts Bob, that sounds awful. I rotated my right pelvis over a year ago & fractured half a dozen vertebrae for good measure (T-10, down) – most of the problems I have with standing & mobility now revolve around that area. I think it'd be right as the feelings I had are the same as a young lady I know who had a C-section & we both felt we'd fall down the loo! Do you have any exercise therapies for rebuilding the strength across this area – has been a nightmare. Feel better… 🙏🙏

  14. March 9, 2022 ~ OFF TOPIC ~ Hi Bob & Brad, I've been subscribed to your channel since the Summer of 2011 when I was facing a total knee replacement; but today, your video on dementia from September 3, 2018 showed up on my feed. After watching "Simple Test for Dementia that You or A Loved One Can Do- Alzheimer's?", I searched your channel and found a few other of your videos on the same topic. Dementia is currently of interest to me, as I'm fairly sure and concerned that a 75-year old loved one is showing signs of short-term memory loss. I will finish watching your dementia videos later today. Thank you for covering this subject !!!
