  1. I hurt my back yesterday and I’ve been in pain since. I tried ibuprofen, a heating pad and some bio freeze and nothing really helped. I used to practice yoga about 3 years ago but I moved somewhere that is hard to find a good class. I thought I would try to find a yoga video for back pain and try it today. I came across you and did two of your videos. The pain is almost all gone now. 🙌🏻. I’m glad I found you here. I can’t wait to do other videos of yours. 💜

  2. That's yoga for the ears. At least half of what you say is unnecessary Blabla…talk is cheap. Focus on the important stuff cause the audience doesn't take much anyway. That's my two cents….but thanks for the effort!

  3. Hi Adriene. Love your yoga videos, thank you! They are all so healing. I was hoping you could suggest one or two more of your videos that could help with the following: I found that in this video at 9:44, I couldn't lift my head off the mat due to a painful spasm shooting somewhere in the middle of my back when I tried to lift my head up off the mat. Can you refer me to another one of your videos that could help with this specific back issue? I'd love any suggestions. Thank you!

  4. Thank you! I have horrible back pain that comes and goes, I've had it this week and tomorrow night I'm going to see Lady Gaga (and then spend all night dancing at the after party). I've been so excited to go, and I'm terrified I won't be able to stand for the whole concert… I always come to these videos when I'm in distress but I need to just do this every damn day so I don't get into these situations!!

  5. Adrienne, (first one did not copy)
I received my MRI results today after weeks of low-back pain radiating intermittently down both legs at a 7–9/10 level. The study confirmed what my body has been telling me — there are several disc protrusions and areas of swelling throughout my lumbar spine, with a few regions that require very careful attention.
I will be moving slowly — truly slowly — and with complete respect for what my spine is asking of me right now.
Because I sit for most of my workday doing research and writing reports for my clients, I understand now how much strain that has placed on my back over the years. And as a former classical ballet dancer (of course!), I fully recognize the long-term effects of the extreme ranges of motion I once lived in.
Your classes have been a gift. The way you teach allows me to find peace in my back, peace in my body, and peace in my diet. My intention now is to use your exercises consistently to help reduce inflammation, protect my nerves, build stability, and — as much as possible — reverse or slow the degenerative changes.
My tendency is to sit for hours at my desk, but your voice is in my head reminding me to move, lengthen, breathe, and return to alignment. Thank you for creating a space where healing feels possible and supported.
    With gratitude,
    Janet

  6. Adrienne, i received MRI results today after low back pain shooting intermittently down both legs 7-8-9/10. There is definitely protrusion and swelling at many areas of my spine. There are specific areas of concern. (i do not know if i can include here). I will go slow – real slow. I sit for my job – i do research, I write reports for my clients I was a classical ballet dancer. (go figure!). Because of the MRI i know there is a reason for the pain. I do not want nerve damage. I wish to reverse any changes. I know degeneration happens. I aim to utilize your excercises to give me peace in my back, peace in my body, peace in diet. Your classes are amazing. Tendency is to sit at the desk all the time. Thank you so much.

  7. J’ai repris cette séance suite à une blessure au dos. Impossible d’être allongée, assise, devoir. Cette séance m’a permise de détendre les muscles les tendons en attendant le rendez vous chez le Chiro. Merci ❤
