  1. At uni, we learned that the main thing with dislipidemia (being overweight) is not just additionnal weight on your joints but inflammation which can become chronic and degrade joint cartilage.

  2. Was having constant mid/upper back pain through most of my 20s. Now in my 30s I rarely have it. Strength training is the only thing that fixed it. PTs problem is they have you doing resistance bands which will NEVER fix the issue as it’s not enough weight. Deadlifting and squatting + working on my posterior shoulder muscles fixed most of it

  3. I have moderate scoliosis and stage 4 DIE (Endometriosis) in all of my organs surrounding the uterus, bowels, rectum, bladder and sciatica nerve, I started Weighted calisthenics and body building 2 years ago and I have seen insane progress both in appearance and pain levels. Do you have any videos on Scoliosis and/or endometriosis? Any tips for working out with those conditions?

  4. Thanks, Jonathan, just telling people to breath and brace before lifting would save thousands of back injuries, I have never heard of that before, but funnily that is what I do. Love this channel, you explain things so well and carefully, it is impossible not to learn.

  5. Hilarious to see the blogger making the video about the issues that are disastrous the spine meanwhile advertising the chair that is well known disastrous for the spine a lot. E. G. for someone who never heard how bad this gaming chairs, just google and watch reviews.

  6. Yeah I just recently had a fall injury that I hit my back of the head sort of like a battle ram type and whiplash my neck all seven of them and dealing with pain from the upper to the lower back and including with my shoulders so I'm just following doctors orders like no lifting

Before this I would lift with my back because that was the only thing I have a hard time with how you're supposed to properly do it but I can't do that and somehow and I also work in a high physical job as being a custodian but I found out that one is always hard on your spine the most

  7. Tremendously appreciate your excellent AP lessons, I love to review and enthusiastically refer to my therapeutic massage patients. I'm 36yrs into this at 77yrs young and appreciate your enthusiastic style keeping AP fun and so importantly educational. Thank you! I tremendously admire and appreciate you and your fun approach to enlighten
