हम सबको कभी ना कभी जोड़ो में दर्द याफिर कमर या पीठ दर्द की तकलीफ होती रहती है। यह तकलीफ क्यों होती है यह कब अर्थराइटिस में बदल जाती है यह जानना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। आज इस वीडियो में Dr Girish Kakade (Consultant Rheumatologist), क्या है अर्थराइटिस, कैसे करें उपचार? ( Arthritis in Hindi | Ghutno ka dard) इस विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देनेवाली है। तो जानते है (Arthritis) क्या होता है? आर्थराइटिस का कारण और treatment कैसा किया जा सकता है।
जोड़ो में दर्द या पीठ और कमर में दर्द होने के दो कारण हो सकते है ( Arthritis causes )
– यह तकलीफ ज्यादातर 50-60 साल के बाद शुरू होती है और इसे osteoarthritis कहा जाता है जो जोड़ो में घिसाव होने के वजहसे होता है।
– Inflammatory arthritis यह आर्थराइटिस कम उम्र में भी दिखाई देता है। इसमें जोड़ो में दर्द होने , सुबह उठने के बाद जोड़ो में जकड़न रहना यह देखा जाता है। जैसे ही कुछ हालचाल होती है वैसे दर्द कम हो जाता है। यह condition अगर ६ हफ्तों तक बानी हुई हो तो आगे जाके आर्थराइटिस होने की सभवना ज्यादा होती है।
अगर आपकी उम्र 45 से कम है और आपको कमर दर्द या पीठ दर्द होता हो जो तीन महीने से है तो आपको inflamatory arthritis हो सकता है।
-अगर ऐसे कोई भी लक्षण दिखाई दे तो तुरंत आपको इसके ऊपर उपाय करने चाहिए। और जल्द से जल्द Rheumatologist की सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
Arthritis Diagnosis
आर्थराइटिस की जांच करते वक्त डॉक्टर आपकी पूरी clinical history लेते है। इसके बाद detailed examination ले जाती है जिसमे सारे joints check किये जाते है। अगर inflamatory आर्थराइटिस का शक हो तो कुछ blood test किये जाते जाते है जैसे की ESR और CRP |
Xray या MRI किया जाता है।
अगर rhumatoid आर्थराइटिस का शक हो तो Rheumatoid factor test और Anti CCP antibody test |
जांच के बाद जो भी कारण हो या जिस भी arthritis के कारण परेशानी हो रही हो उस हिसाब से ट्रीटमेंट plan की जाती है। अगर समय पे आर्थराइटिस का इलाज हो , ठीक से follow up हो तो इस कंडीशन को नियंत्रण में रख सकते है।
