  1. Just what I needed after my MRI results now I have to negotiate with UC ST Spine Clinjc. Concerned about further bone degeneration, if one can't feel pain can one just ror?

  2. Thank you so much for this information. I went to see doctor for lower back pain and she mentioned about this procedure. After watching this video I really understand what exact the procedure is. ❤❤❤

  3. Do you think injecting peptides could possibly help arthritis?
Peptides BPC157, TB500, & ARA290 help heal and repair but you need to take a lot. I’m going to reconstitute them today and begin treatment myself with small diabetic needles, and inject it subcutaneously right over the painful areas

  4. Thank you for explaining everything so clearly! I have just been diagnosed with advanced multilevel facet arthropathy, and now I understand and can visualize both the condition and the potential treatments. Great video.

  5. Is it possible for facet joint issues to not show on an mri scan? I’ve had chronic thoracic spine pain for five years, one sided pain with severe spasms daily. Physio has calmed the spasms somewhat, however still lots of pain and having had two clear MRIs I don’t know what to do, nor do the consultants. Thank you for the very informative video

  6. Great explanation sad the treatments all involve ameliorating the symptoms instead of taking care of the root issue. “Killing” a nerve instead of replacing the pads is wild to me but then again, thats medicine…

  7. I need to get to this clinic. I've been suffering for at least 5 years, and no one seems to know how to prpoerly treat the conditions I have in my spine. Thank you for this video!!!!

  8. I already had 2 injection proceedures and 1 ablation and now waiting for my 3rd injection procedure, all within 3 years since my L4/L5 disc rupture. This became a chronic condition in my case as a result of injury and really can be stressful. This is the first time i have seen someone explained it so anyone can understand. Thank you.

  9. It's pronounced "fa'–sit", ! The first syllable gets the accent/stress. The "a" is a short vowel sound, like "cat". So undo whatever you learned and tell whoever taught you to mispronounce a word that has been in the English language for over 200 years; to pull their head out of their butt and look at a Webster's dictionary!

  10. Superb video.I had another flare up yesterday, this video gives me hope that i might get back to my job as a postman, which i really enjoy.Well,i did ,been off sick 3 months now, facet joint effusion and 3 prolapsed lumbar discs😕

  11. Best video, I have seen .at,age 56 I have both of these. Neck and lumbar. I have tried injections didn't work for me. I was told not to take motrin only arthritis Tylenol due to heart failure and chronic kidney disease.

  12. I dont get pain relief AS I AM ON BETA BLOCKERS and the double strength codeine give me severe heart burn and i already take omeprazole ,i have multi level and dont get to see a specialist yet ,been nearly 20 years ,i get severe back and rib spasms .

  13. here to learn about condition. My low back pain has been on and off for 20 years. Lately at 43 its been really bad. espeically in the morning. I am 43 year old physical male. My Dr did the mri and saw fluid around the facets and beleives this is the cause of my pain. I also have l5/s1 degeberation but she belives that is not the sorce of my pain. my pain is one sides lower back and blips of pain into the top of butt check. feels like a tooth ache all the time. morning times i can barely walk or bend. she wants to try 3 levels l3 l4 l5 of injection to see if it helps. if so then she will burn the nerve.

  14. I am 54 and I have osteoporosis with facet disease was told I need intense therapy due to deformation appearing in nearly all my joints neck back hands feet knees hip my brittle ness if the bones are improving from injections however the degeneration of the bones and joints I can't turn my head to the left the pain is horrid 2018 diagnose osteoporosis osteoarthritis osteopenia hence the injections for the brittle bone it is a none curable disease but can be helped pain management hiweverbibhavevraynauds as well so it is a big issue for me knowingly am going to die from this disease you mentioned a accident and as for standing that is a bug no I have no choice but to take care of myself how dies one get thus disease when no member of the family that was living had any of these things?

  15. I went from asymptomatic to absolute hell 2 months ago. Does physical therapy significantly reduce or even totally revert the pain back to perceptive normalcy in chronic cases? My ROM in flexion is also suddenly gone, which wasnt the case at initial onset. Lumbar flexion is the absolute worse. I used to be able to crack my own back with ease. Now even a chiropractor cant do it.

  16. Doesnt radiofrequency ablation and injections mask the pain such that the person is more likely to indulge in behaviors that would only exacerbate the underlying issue without the negative disincentive of pain to guide them out of complacency such as with lazy posture and overdoing it with free weight training?
