😣This exercise again works on the flexion motion of the cervical spine. Cervical facet motion is often caused by extension of the cervical spine. This can cause the extension muscles in the neck to become constantly engaged. To counter we need to work on the strength of the flexor muscles.⁣

❓How to:⁣
✅1. Sit on a chair or stand with your back straight.⁣
✅2. Place your hand on your forehead⁣
✅3. Push your head into your hand while trying look down.⁣
✅4. Hold for 10 seconds⁣
✅5. Return to neutral position⁣
✅6. Repeat for 10 reps⁣
✅7. Perform two to three sets every day.⁣
