I feel pain only when I flex my lower back and feel pain on the lower left back and tiny in the middle, could it be bc of tight muscle compression? I worked picking up shingles garbage at construction and I believe that’s what made me have it :(will this help ? Pain only happen when I squeeze my back and it hurts, when I deadhangs to decompress it painful afterwards when bending and bit stiff when I tilt, I’m only 21 😪but I can move normally but it’s hurts and discomfort when ever I do something where my pain is

HI Doc, firstly thank you for such concise explanations and for showing the benefits of the exercises, I was diagnosed 2 weeks ago with spinal stenosis, L5S1, spinal canal and right lateral recess stenosis. I was hospitalized and treated for pain management.
The doctor recommended a Lumbar Laminectomy,
However I decided to look for alternative treatments, that's how I got to your videos.
From having excruciating pain which rendered me unable to bend my right leg, due to electric pain from my lower back going into my calf.
I am now able to lift my leg, also I can walk fairly easily.
I am on pragabalin 75, twice a day, also tamoltra 325mg.
Are there any exercises one can do to reverse this condition, please can you advise me , as I'm in my late 50's. I'm not keen on surgery

I think you speak too much. Just a suggestion, made it into a follow me in exercise of the lower back so people can follow instead having to stop the iPad then start and stop…. So everything is choppe d up. Just my two cent opinion, But your exercise is very good, but not presented in a consecutive serious. Thank you.

Hello Chu.. I cant do the stretches Dr.Nguyen, as i am super flexible & any of these stretches are like a normal walk in the park for me. My lower back muscles are super stiff & tight, which causes more discomfort than pain. Do you any other recommendations?
