TYSMMMMMMMM I've been doing this workout for less than 2 weeks and before that for about a month, I could hardly sit longer than 30 mins due to the excruciating back pain I was experiencing but yesterday I studied for 12 hours ! ( with 10 to 30 min breaks in between) this workout really saved me 💓🙏🙏🥺

  2. First time trying this and I have never felt better than this except I used some medication I got tired of the medications and tried to check through internet this is the first video I came Across and I just want to say I’m about to have a sound sleep tonight❤
