Your hips play a big role in how your back feels so improving your hip mobility can be help your back. Stay in a comfortable range of motion- don’t force it ☝🏽

Backwards walking helps to work your core and the muscles in the backs of your legs which also help to support the back. Make sure there is a CLEAR path 🙌🏼

Supported marching helps to stretch out the low back muscles and work the core too 👀

Only use what feels good. Modify as needed. Reduce the number of repetitions needed too. ⚠️⚠️
