Hello, Dr. Thank you for your effort in making the video for us. I have one question. What is the clicking sound when you do the exercises? And the spur that develops on the bones, can they be removed using natural ways?

I just turned 67 years old after my 41 years of life, I thank you for helping me through this
I’m 71 and try and walk everyday for 40-60 min. Still workout 3x’s/wk with my Weider metal weights I bought in 1970 while in HS. Also before I stretch and do exercises for my knees and hip flexor I ride the stationary bike for 6 min to warm up my thighs. I usually road bike for 1 hr but haven’t been on a long ride yet. I don’t usually have pain in my knees or hip’s during the day but trying to sleep is not great lately due to knee pain and left hip pain. I tried out Rub A535 for arthritis and holy cow, the heat stays for at least 3 hrs. I only put on less than a dime size on my knees and that seems to be enough. I went up one day on my thigh and it irritated it and made my leg itchy, almost like a rash from being dried out. That’s when the moisturizer cream came out.
Last yr was the 1st winter I didn’t downhill ski cause of a really tight left hip flexor. I still do yard work on our 1 acre lot plus cut my parents grass once a wk when the weather is normal and the grass is growing and they have about 1/2 acre.
I did go to physiotherapy for my pain on my left leg cause we thought it was 100% hip flexor problem but I did go for an ultrasound and x-rays for my knee and hips. I sometimes get a sharp pain shoot down from my hip flexor to the knee. Dang and that hurts. Well I have arthritis. That’s just flipping great.😢
30 seconds? I don’t think so.😂
Being 53 really hurts man thanks for being here for help, my son just told me about YouTube👍

Thank the lord for your kindness for showing us how to relieve this atrocious pain.
I don't usually leave comments on these sorts of videos, but I felt I should say something. I'm 70 years old and have been living with joint pain for quite some time now. I came across this video while looking for something simple I could try at home. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I followed along as best I could. The instructions were clear, and I appreciated that you took your time explaining each step.
this is very helpful, thank you for this video, I am 83 and have arthritis in my knees from 60 years of hard manual labor.😅
