  1. I spent MONTHS trying different ways of stretching and strengthening my lower back, but to almost no avail. Never in a million years would I have guessed that something as easy as breathing would help SO much with the pain and tightness!!! Thank you so much, you guys do a great service to the world 🥹

  2. I can see and feel the disc bulging between L4 and L5 on my back, but my pain is on the right side. Do I bring the left or right leg forward to the road kill position? Also, do I shift my hips to the left or right for my situation?

  3. Not sure if it helps anyone else, but a book called Forbidden Secrets Against Back Pain really helped me.Nothing “miraculous,” but after applying a few things from it, the pain actually went down.

  4. I struggled with back pain for years, tried pretty much everything. Then I randomly found a book called Forbidden Secrets Against Back Pain. It didn’t “cure” me overnight, but it was the first time I actually understood what I was doing wrong – that alone made a big difference.

  5. My back goes once or twice every few years. On one occasion I thought it would be good to lie on the floor. After a few hours of being unable to move an inch I've parked that idea for good.

  6. I have to say, at the start of this weekend I was in quite a lot of pain. I've been working long hours, driving a lot and my back was suffering. After watching this, I've been using this position a lot over the weekend. Not necessarily hugging the pillow as shown, but resting my chest on a couple of cussions, sometimes moving a leg up. I also went walking/jogging today, did some icing and massage. It's now Sunday afternoon, and I am compelely pain free! I'm amazed. I haven't felt like this for weeks. Seriously. THANK YOU 🙏
