  1. During back pain if anyone does the last pose then your back will completely f'ed up . Causes of back pain may be developing sciatica or disc bulge. There are many physiotherapy videos on the net but before that consult the doctor get x-ray etc then be free of any doubt of lumber issue. Then workout.
    My experience is 5-6 times bone breaking accident 😊
