  1. In doing exercises, if there's pain, stop? Modify? Push through if bearable? I have days where just putting my foot flat on the floor hurts. But even then, mostly at about a 3-4 out of 10.

  2. What if these movements actually make it hurt? (I mean, just lying on my side like that hurts) It's very hard to do any strengthening when the stuff that's supposed to help makes it worse 🙁

  3. HELP!
Already hip pain then fell, now Adductor/groin pain, hip-leg movement very limited. It’s in the front, inside, where hip joins thigh. I’m going to PT abt 3 weeks now. Getting a pain injection this Fri. Injections don’t help. Living on Tramadol & Tylenol, little better than nothing.
Can’t have surgery: myasthenia Gravis (well shouldn’t).
It’s very painful and tight, trying to move leg to the side, seems not getting better.
Lumbar bone spurs, nerve pressure; one knee no cartilage. I’m a wreck.
    Your advice is wonderful.
    Thank you.
