The ball extentions look very useful to focus on the mid back like I need, most I've seen have you locked in an extension bench with a focus on the lower back
this is the good stuff right here
Is it a good sign to feel pain while doing those exercises ?
Its the perfect squat form that mad me a believer😂
hrm…. para, good thought though.
That visual makes a lot of sense .My middle back was so messed up and then for a whole week I started getting horrible back spasms. They were so bad that I would scream and I'm a pretty tough chick.. Now looking at this visual it looks like my injury was probably that muscle that goes from the middle all the way under the armpit kind of .I believe mine was more like a tendon that was sprained but it could have been muscle. Thanks for these videos..
Not good music for someone in pain. 🙄
