3 simple hip mobility exercises for hip arthritis



Loosen up your tight hips 🙌🏼

I prefer movements such as these instead of static stretches as movement also can increase blood flow and help to give you more bang for your buck 👏🏼

5-15 repetitions of each is likely enough but it really depends on how it feels for you. If you are super tight, start with lower repetitions ☝🏽

These movements should not flare up pain significantly- if they do, you may not be ready for these…yet ☝🏽

Even if you don’t “feel” tight- you may notice these are harder than you thought. Especially if you are dealing with front of the hip pain- these might be helpful to try!

    I have awful arthritis on both hips and in extreme pain all the time. Former competitive runner and now struggling to walk/cycle and trying to rehab before considering surgery (THR).

  2. Weather changes and moon phases and some certain foods, can kill you. But the truth is, with all over 'severe arthritis' as my Dr has said it, and I need hip surgery and knee surgery again , the opposite ones now, and I was a dancer! It is terrible and ruining my life and no one outsee my family and even family cannot believe me, as I "Look alright;'? I try so hard to keep up and act normal, but it is wiping me out, Everyone thinks I can do it all with Fibromyalgia and arthritis and low blood counts and anemia and i am tired out, But the exercises do help, and it is true groin pain , because of needing hip surgery, is horrible!

  3. Do you have any thing for hip pain like when I walk my hip hurts if I walk for two minutes or 20 minutes I can’t walk for 20 minutes but if I walk for a while, I have to rest for 20 minutes. What are you doing for hip pain in other words not laying around there’s obviously what I see in your video. You got something there for people that aren’t mobile I’m mobile and I wanna be mobile, but it hurts. I guess you don’t understand what people are saying nobody’s asking you about muscle pain that is easy to get over but hip pain bone on bone hip pain, do you have something for that?
