  1. They aren't supposed to replace exercises dear fellows. The purpose for these belts is to correct your posture during the time you cannot exercise/stretch (i.e: working/traveling/walking around). When you're free to workout, just take them off and do those exercises.

  2. Yeah the exercises don’t help me to continue through my day at work when by back gives out from exhaustion right now. It’s fantastic that it will work in a fe months. But I’ll loose my job by then

  3. It always makes me laugh “because then these muscles aren’t working”. Ummmm they’re already not working that’s why you are shopping for a posture brace. At least they won’t get frozen in atrophy

  4. If I was using something like this I would do the exercises as well. When People start off trying to naturally hold them selfs in the right position it doesn't look right. I am a slim guy with a pregnant looking stomach which I can pull in to look flat and I can position the top of my back in a better way but it looks ridiculous. I think exercise is a good thing but may be a combination of both of them can be good.

  5. Without strengthening the erector spinae and trapezius muscles, and of course the core muscles. In addition to lengthening the muscles that have shortened and pull the head and shoulders forward, such as the anterior neck, chest muscles, and more. Unfortunately, this will not work. It will be like a spring restoring the previous position. And this is advice from personal experience.

  6. Ive just seen a smart posture device and was wondering if it would be better as it just reminds you when you slouch for too long and seems to allow you to set goals. Would you guys be willing to do a video on those?
