Did you get the inhale/exhale in th traditional cat cow mixed up? Seems opposite to the seated
Awful video. Instructions don't follow what is happening in the video. Stretches are not being held for long enough and music is louder than her instructions. Do not recommend

I'm only 17 but annoying pain in my lower back stays consistent because I study a lot. And this sedentary lifestile really caught me out of guard this morning because the pain was excruciatingly strong.. so I found this delightful stretching that really helped me, thanks!!!

6 years after making this video I am commenting. I found the exercises to be beneficial for sure but the music was too loud and in my opinion not in line with relaxation and concentrating on breathing with each pose.

It had been only Two days ago since I have utilized this particular back pain, Oliver two seven Blue nevertheless it already made a few variation. It is a great treatment method and prevention for lower back pain. As I had believed, it fulfilled my expectation. It`s very efficient after making use of it a few times.

the exercises are in the wrong order. And some are not suitable for someone actually having backpain, seems you were lucky and never had, otherwise it would look – very – different. For prevention, it can be helpful, yet for prevention they are incomplete
Threw out my back yesterday. I'm 24. Did as much of this workout as I could, hurt a lot at first, but did it two more times and today I did it and my pain is nearly gone. Remember to stretch, y'all.
