  1. I’m 43. I’ve always been fit & in relatively good shape. I drink olive oil daily, but most importantly, I stretch every single day for about 20-30 minutes. I literally fell better now than I ever did even in my 20’s.

This man is telling the truth.

Take basic common sense care of your body that we all know; we all learned in school; do some PE, drink lots of water, eat Whole Foods, etc. really not that tough.

  2. Man I wish I could talk to this doctor for 20 minutes I have so many neck problems and in so much pain and all the doctors see is me trying to get pills witch I am not I mean yes I do need something to get me out of some pain so I can live my life but I just can’t get through to them and I feel like there is no hope and I know it’s just going to come down to eating a bullet to relieve my pain

  3. As a physiotherapist (physical therapist) I can honestly say the world is in desperate need of more surgeons like you! Refreshing to see the shift away from “fixing spines” to empowering people.
