💥 3 EXERCISES FOR FACET SYNDROME IN THE CERVICAL SPINE💥
👉Facet Syndrome of the Cervical Spine is a condition where the joints in the back of the neck deteriorate or become inflamed as we get older. This can cause neck pain and stiffness and limit our motions in the neck.

I lifted my head while doing bench press; floated my head from the seat while doing machine chest press and head down and forward while doing dip. As ChatGPT said they are the cause of my C7-T1 pain. Those 3 exercises helped me relieve the pain. Thank you

坐直,進行輕微的下巴收縮。
緩慢地將頭部轉向右側,並停留5秒;然後轉向左側重複相同動作。
如果感覺不適,可以用兩根手指輕輕施壓於疼痛區域,增加活動範圍。
Can i do these with cervical fusion?
I feel like my facet joints lock up, so when I grab side of head to pull over, I feel pops. Sometimes it feels like they don’t release
what about isometric exercises?
I've been doing these exercises regularly for a few months. My neck is definitely more flexible now than it was at the start but it hasn't helped the pain that much to be honest. I will keep doing them.

When I try to sit with my spine and head straight, my body moves back and forth with palpitations. And sometimes I get neck tremors. What could be the reason ??
