#Shorts 🙋♀️Have you ever done this stretch before? Um… WOW 😮 Do it right now – how amazing is that?!?!
💥When you spend a large majority of your day holding things, looking down, and being in a forward rounded position, it’s SO COMMON to develop those nasty, stabbing knots along your shoulder blades. 😩😩😩
⬆️This is the ONLY stretch I’ve ever done that actually targets those knots and gets right into it. But you gotta do it exactly as I show it here, with the exhale and everything. 🌬️
EXTRA TIP: Combine this stretch with a pec/chest opening stretching and you’ve got a winning combination for your posture 🙌🙌🙌

Even better for knots! Get a lacrosse ball and use it to massage and apply pressure to the knot itself. You’ll feel the release. Need need to come back and 👍😂
Note: it will hurt bad. That’s how you know it’s working but, the results last way longer.

Dang, it really worked that fast! I’ve been dealing with this pain for about 3 weeks! Thank you!
instant relief, thanks maam
This totally worked! Thank you.
when I cross my elbows over one another, the hands are nowhere near each other. The hand on the lower arm is MUCH lower than the other hand. I'm not sure how you do that.
Most of the time the knot is not the rhomboids (the area you mentioned) but the lavatory scapulae. That is the spot where more than 90% of people hear that crunch, feel the bump, and of course fell the pain.
Really well explained 🎉
Quite helpful❤
