Day one of the rest of my life, thank you for sharing this practice.
I’m 62 with RA and OA. Good days and bad days. I exercise every morning. The Tule Fog hanging over CA’s Central Valley for over a month has given me so much pain. I’m so glad I found these amazing videos! Thank you. ❤
This is a great video!! Thank You So Much for Sharing this Video! I was wondering what stretches I should do everyday. It's so good I had to download it! So Very Helpful!!! Bless you so much 🙏💯😍 💪🥰🫂👍🧎🏾♀️❤🤸🏾♀️🥇
Very useful video, thank you.
Jay I have been doing your excesisises, I've been diagnosed with no discs in my back what do you recommend?
Absolutely brilliant video! The depth and clarity with which you've presented these physiotherapy-led exercises for joint mobility are truly invaluable. So many practical takeaways for anyone dealing with arthritis or just looking to maintain long-term joint health from neck to toes. The focus on how to approach each movement properly is exceptional.
Your detailed guidance on these routines really emphasizes the transformative power of consistent, intentional movement. This brings me to a fascinating question I'm always exploring – a puzzle at the heart of optimizing well-being: Beyond the immediate physical benefits and the 'should-dos,' how do we cultivate the deeper intuitive wisdom and unwavering internal commitment that transforms a structured daily routine like this from mere compliance into an embodied, lifelong practice of self-mastery, especially when progress is slow or pain is persistent? It’s about the mental and emotional architecture that sustains physical health, isn't it?
Awesome
Everything slow-paced and basic – and then squats. Ouch!
Thank you!
Super thankful for your videos! I was diagnosed with early onset arthritis plus spurs in both knees, plus its likely its made it to my ankles and wrists. Have had chronic back and hip pain since i was a teen. No dr is willing to help me and keep telling me just to lose weight/get moving which is hard when 30 mins of standing causes such severe pain i end up couch ridden the rest of the day (and yet the wont help me find a way to lose weight). If i manage more than that then its 3 days of severe pain and being on brink of tears all day everyday. Im now trying to figure it out myself as best i can
I just started your videos yesterday, and woke up this morning the most loose ive been in many years, plus pain levels down slightly even after a big few days of alot of walking and standing. Your exercises are the only ones ive found that are gentle and i dont have to try bend my knees too much (while actually working them still) or be on the ground or spend most of it standing! These are perfect exercises and im so looking forward to seeing how i feel in a few weeks/months time!
🥰 finally found a workout I can do. Thank you for gentle workout for arthritis.
I was searching for a gentle morning routine that I could fit in daily to help with better flexibility following a diagnosis of osteoarthritis. This is perfect! I am going to try the evening routine tonight! Thank you!
Working at a desk all day was starting to make me feel a bit stiff. Thank you for this!
What a fantastically well filmed and demonstrated video with great content. Thank you
Just wanted to tell you how grateful both my husband and I are. I learned them and showed him how and we do them every morning. You have a calm voice. Just wanted you to know that you changed 2 peoples lives. I used to hate exercises and now I look forward to these, and your others videos.
Hi Jay, thank you for this morning routine video. I followed it every morning❤. All the stretches are so good for the different parts of my body. It suits my slow living lifestyle now. BTW, I am also following the Daytime and Evening routine videos too. Thank you so much for your patience, besides the movements, your soothing voice , your clear instructions are superb❤
Thanks so much for these easy to follow routines. As well as joint pain, I have chronic fatigue associated with Sjögren’s so very often my aging brain gets foggy and I can’t handle too much detail in one hit! These are such well paced routines, clearly demonstrated by the presenter, who gives excellent posture advice too. Well done and grateful thanks to Versus Arthritis, what a godsend!
You are the best! These squats and stretches really help me with my knees! All of what you shared is beneficial, but those are my pain points. Blessings to you!
