  1. These guys are causing more harm than good. I think Tiger Woods is pretty good at separating his hips. The X factor type of swing with the separation compromises the lumbar spine, which is why tiger had spinal fusion and at least three or four back surgeries which ended his career early. Don’t listen to these guys.
