  1. MRI showed reduced space between L4L5, I’ve got low back pain off to the left of L4L5, hamstring tightness, calf tightness, buttock tightness, tingling on left side of foot and top of foot (these symptoms come and go), I’m suspecting facet joint issue, what do you think?

  2. Good for flexibility but anterior and posterior spondylothesis are contraindications aren't they. I tighten the abs, work on the core. I have facet joint arthopody in addition to the spondy. Also SI joint instability with arthritis.
