How to mobilize your neck facet joints



One of the toughest injuries to treat is a neck problem. Neck stiffness is hard to self-treat requiring some ‘hands-on’ techniques. Here is an exercise that can assist your Physical Therapist or Chiropractor between sessions. You may even improve your neck motion on your own. You know this is helping when your neck motion gets better and your pain is not returning between visits. Less is more and be careful not to put pressure on the front of your neck.
