  1. It will make worse if your core muscles are not strong enough. Do you think it will only decompress spine? No, it stretches your nerves as well and they get irritated causing more damage. Focus on core strengthening

  4. I was injuries by Indian chiropractor 4 years ago, he used overly force 39 p 0 elevation for neck traction . And he never got formal training and understanding ( settings wrong too ) this traction has no target points , just for whole spine that caused my throatic spine narrowing , normal left side neck generated blug and narrowing with back side , rib cage locked up and breaking problem… Can not fixed !

  5. I did this therapy 2times last week for the herniated disk on lower back but now i have even worst middle back pain after the pulling. Is there any movements that i can do to get rid of the pain?
