  1. In February 2011, I sustained a back injury while lifting a heavy object without proper form. My back was bent rather than straight, and as I lifted, I felt a severe cramp-like sensation, causing me to collapse onto a nearby bed. Since then, I've been unable to fully rotate or bend laterally without encountering a knot or stiffness around the bottom of my thoracic spine.

While watching a video, I began to suspect that a disc might have been overstretched. Could you provide any advice on this? Would performing back stretches, such as the cat-cow stretch and arching my back, be beneficial, or should I consult a doctor first?

    Thank you for your help.

  2. Such conflicting information. For every video from a doctor or therapist that says this is what you do there’s another video from a Doctor or therapist saying no that’s wrong do it this way.
