All it took was an hour sitting on the couch writing thank you cards for our baby shower and my back was WRECKED! I happened to look and see if you had a video on back pain and damn, I feel so much better already! Now I will hopefully be able to sleep some through the night and get a little more relief!

this one def helps my upper back pain. i usually get relief for about 30 mins after which is a life savor. I've been doing it daily so i can get through a bit of work in the morning 🙂

I am on my 38th week by tomorrow hence can really feel our bundle of joy to be very heavy. This helped me so much and will do it every time together with your video for easy delivery.
