  1. Request an MRI from your MD or GP (🇦🇨) to find a definitive diagnosis prior to spending weeks and months of phyiotheraphy on your lower back and buttocks. This will either confirm or rule out a herniated or bulging disc as the cause of your sciatic pain and numbness.

  2. Hi! I have been dealing with some symptoms for 7 months now. What would you say that my conditioning is if i have a feeling of pinchment when extending backwards in one side of the top of my glute and radiation down the leg. Also if the pain gets worse from walking but better if i sit down. I can still lift weights but it can get worse at the end of the day when i walk my dog. I also have slight numbness in my foot. Appreciate the video!
