Your posture is the foundation for every movement your body makes and can determine how well your body adapts to the stresses on it. Murat Dalkilinç gives the pros of good posture.

  1. Lord, please help us with the next generation and the current generation of why Z2 committed to their devices and I see my 18-year-old slumped over constantly and trying and I’m doing my best to get her to sit up right I honestly don’t know what to do

  2. great video! i didn’t realize how much bad posture could affect my mood until now. after working remotely for more than 8 hours a day, I find myself slouching without noticing… and afterward I feel a little grumpy and easily irritated by everything. this really opened my eyes. time to start working on better posture and taking breaks!

  4. I’ve just seen another video that says there issent actually such a thing as good or bad postere! Just change your posture evry 15 miniatures or so, and you’re good to go! Your spine is designed to bend for a reason, and sluching Can actually increase blood-flow along your spine! If your backs hurting, maybe get some massage!

My sister used to get a lot of comments to fix her posture from all family members when she was a child and she always ignored these comments now she is struggling with her posture and she needs to visit a PH , so everyone who sees a chid with a bad posture please try to explain to him that this would affect him badly so they listen to your advice and won't have to struggle with their posture when they become adults
