In this exercise video featuring another “THE BEST” series workout, Meredith is guiding you through a gentle routine suited best for anyone dealing with the effects of arthritis or inflammation.

Dealing with the pain that comes from arthritis and/or inflammation of the joints and muscles can be a deterrent when it comes to regular exercise. Those who have these issues can’t and shouldn’t do the same movements as someone who doesn’t have issues caused from arthritis. This is why we felt it was important to include a workout designed specifically for dealing with this limitation and showing anyone that you too can still remain active and physical no matter what challenge you may have.

This is a seated routine/beginner level which can also be modified to standing for an extra challenge. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.

Have a great workout!

  2. Thank you. I started on 1/24/26. I am 70 years young. Dealing with getting older!😇 I have arthritis in my lower back, a new find. Need exercises to help strengthen my back. Plus arthritis in my knee and side neck, not too bad. I can't divorce Arthur he is here to stay😉, but would like to deal with less pain, and make it more manageable to deal with. Thanks for your video young lady!😇💝😇

  3. This was great!!! I have lingering neurological issues (balance, coordination, dizziness, etc.) from long COVID; I use a cane or a walker for balance to ambulate. Last Wednesday, I slipped on the snow/ice 4 times while attempting to shovel a small path on a very steep ramp into the house and managed to completely fall on my right side/back one of those times. My right wrist and shoulder and back are still quite painful, and this really helped!!! The pectoral and upper humeral are slightly sore after the one exercise, but nothing worse than it has been. I found this extremely helpful and will return! Thank you for posting.

  4. Thank you so much for that! , I’m 16 and I have rheumatism and I’ve been searching exercises for people who have rheumatism and I found that video, it hurt me a little when I saw the channel name LOL, but thank you!

  5. Seated routines like this are so important for people dealing with arthritis or chronic inflammation. I’ve seen how having a safe, approachable option can be the difference between staying active and avoiding movement altogether. This is a thoughtful way to help people build confidence again.
