  1. I already have your book & find your YouTube videos wonderful & have improved my knee arthritis & balance along with attending a Taichi class run by a Chinese instructor who specialises in helping geriatrics like me. Thank you so much

  2. I know its not an option for 99% of people to move but i find my knee arthritus disappears whenever i go to a warm country on holiday then when i come back to the freezing soaking wet uk within a week its back with a vengeance. Saunas are also great for relief. I bet this condition is far less prevalent in the med or tropical areas which makes sense as humans evolved on the equator as primates how many species of monkey are native to denmark or scotland?

  4. In early 2025 February I paid to be a Vendor in a weekly Farmers Market. About a week later my right knee flared for the very first time. I went to get into my car and my knee wouldn’t bend. No prior pain, no warning. Then the pain started. I immediately went to a wonderful physiotherapist and then to Dr for X-rays Exercises were helping but I had a deadline and feared I’d be unable to set up at market. Exercises really help. I bought an under desk elliptical machine and work on it every day. I did use an over the counter arthritis tablet but now on day 8 without using it. My diet has changed and with the wicked heat and humidity this summer I’ve greatly increased my fluid intake. Yes, I was able to improve enough over 10 weeks that I haven’t missed a day at market and starting to work on hip exercises too! Ever so grateful for Will’s videos as I follow them. They are so helpful. ❤️🙏🦋

  5. Will. I was told that osteoarthritis/osteoporosis are inherited. My Gran never had it or any of my relatives. Mum's was SO severe that she was crippled and basically ROBBED of a life. In the end, she was just waiting for the next lot of pain killers. That's NOT living, that's just existing. The amount of times I held back tears. I apologised to Mum because I was so ANGRY. NOT at her, but what it did to her and I swore at it.

  6. Thanks Will. My right knee was swollen but never painful until a couple of months ago. I went to a Physio clinic, started exercise, saw my Dr, had e rays. Severe arthritis was the diagnosis of the X-rays. As you said, it doesn’t heal overnight but I am now walking pain free. I bought an under desk elliptical that I just started using as I feel the motion will get the cartilage developing a bit faster. I’ve changed my diet, increased my water intake and ice my knee 2 or 3 times a day. Plus I watch you to get exercising tips. Thanks Will

  7. What is all the popping that I hear and feel in my knees when I do the stretches you showed us for stiffness? It doesn’t really hurt and it sounds gross and it happens in both knees when I do any stretching where I bend one knee and stretch the other leg. Is it ok to do these stretches anyway?

  8. I am not convinced. My sister was slim and very active painting houses with her husband for 20 years and doing Pilates. She had to get both her knees operated on in her late sixties. She also has osteoarthritis in her spine like me. I am very overweight and very inactive and have osteoarthritis in knees and spine like her. I am in so much pain, just the thought of doing exercises kills me. I don’t know that I could do it from the pain.
