  1. Reiki is one of those things where you have to really really believe is going to be beneficial.

    Some parts of it is like…pains you have in your body that are random- or just something you have..could be from a past life.

    Essentially a lot of what you have going on is from a past life/existence.

    You gotta REALLLY be able to mentally wrap your head around it- if not you won’t get much out of it

  2. After doing this exercise, my pain has reduced significantly. However, I’ve started noticing a new issue. When I move my leg up and down, I hear a clicking or popping sound from deep inside my femur/hip area. There is no major pain, but I’m concerned about this sound. Could you please advise if this is normal or if I should modify the exercise?

  3. My lower back has started to hurt 2 months after I’ve started the gym(I dont train abs). An instructor told me to stretch but it only relieves the pain for a moment. Do I need to start training abs or is something else the issue?

  4. Thank you so much!!! I couldnt get rid of this aching pain for years. I did it exactly like in the video. I lifted my hip just off the ground and it poped. The pain which drove me crazy is gone now. Thank you!
