15 minute MOBILITY Yoga for Posture, Upper Back Pain & Fix Rounded Shoulders



Rounded shoulders are a common postural problem that can cause pain, feelings of isolation and if not addressed it can compromise your body over time. In this video we use a combination of yoga and mobility exercises to target your shoulders, chest, upper back & middle back/thoracic spine to improve your posture & fix rounded shoulders.   2. How do I know if I'm doing it right? I can't see myself and I can't always look at the video as I'm doing it. Also my neck is kind of uh idk dysfunctional, idk if that matters. I'm a complete yoga beginner. My shoulders are also stiff and tend to go forwards and a bit upwards or downwards … Idk, I use screens a lot and my neck is like 📈 lol

  8. Started this routine yesterday to try to fix my neck and shoulder issues. I’m also doing light PT. Hoping a combination of both will help. Day 2 and I’m sore but not in pain. The soreness could be from PT as well. I do feel much better after this routine. I will continue this M-F and see if it helps with my neck and should issues/ posture correction.
