❌ One of the MOST COMMON symptoms we hear from our clients when starting our program is that after sitting long periods they feel it takes a second to stand up straight and are really stiff standing up at first. This is due to a combination of many things that we address in our program, but mostly is due to a flexion intolerant lower back obstruction that is siting in flexion too long! This makes that restriction stand out even more and is really noticeable when standing up!
.
🔑 The key here is to understand what your spine is doing when sitting long periods! You are getting a whole lot of flexion, but obviously no extension! You want to balance the motions of your spine throughout the day! So by restoring some of the opposite motion periodically at work, or prior to standing up, you will immediately notice an improved ability to stand up! Give your low back some love, scoot to the edge of your seat, sit up tall, and stand up with ease!

I’m 12 years old and my lower back rlly hurts Everytime I stand up but it’s caused by so much sit up’s I do. The pain has not gotten better and it’s been the same for 4 months, I’m afraid to tell my parents so I’m doing daily stretches, maybe I pulled a muscle..??
This is bullshit and garbage

Thats how i sit and it still hurts
Been doing this for last 3 months, and been excersizeing lsot about 20 lbs.
Felt so.mcuh better so much more mombility was kicking ass at work last few weeks.
Im a buchter and work with full carcass in a small shop we pull 100 to 250lb carcass of carts and hang them onna hook from the ceiling, i was tosing out a stack of flattened carsboard ina. Not very clever way, one foot on the pallet on off i grabbed all of them( less then 10 lbs) and tryed to twiat and toss them i t he bin( as ive done for years) wind caught them and inlsot balance felt a slight pull and have now been on floor doing makenzie excesizes and just about wverything i can( with rest in between) im starting ti get worried as i think its getting worse i can hardly walk now
i think mine is bent the other way too much thats why tthe pain occurs
Any permanent solution for this ?

Thank you so much
Obviously, this young man have never experienced paralyzing shooting back pain
The pain isn't coming from my lower back but my upper right back side. I been doing exercises dealing with the back to see if I can work the pain off the muscles being tortured. It is working. I sit in a chair straight for a good 8 hours straight almost every day. I need to get in the habit of dropping what I am doing, and do some stretches every 30 minutes.
