  1. I actually tried this one day ago, because i had a nagging pain at my shoulder blade/ spine level, because i saw somewhere my shoulder neck pain was due to a pinched nerve in the neck so i decided to try to alleviate the pain using this proposed technique.
I think I pulled too far cause after hearing that popping sound, my spine was like it had broken where my pain was plus some pain down the spine. Some people God bless them prayed for me about it laying hands , felt an improvement after that. But i had to go to the ER to get it checked out. They said your bones are fine so no disc problem but it may take days to weeks to heal whatever nerve was pulled

  2. Wowzers! I’ve been in excruciating pain all morning. This gave me relief from the burning pain in my neck, Arms and hands/fingers. Didn’t take it fully away but I went from it being unbearable to maybe I can get a nap now. Thank you, thank you THANK YOU

  3. Right side of neck and shoulder felt pain as I tilted my head to the left. A massage in the upper right back afterwards for relief. May have to do a few repititions for a full recovery.

  4. Can you do this if you don’t have neck pain? I slept wrong but I have shoulder pain straining between my shoulder blades … like. Those nerves there are what’s giving me constant pain .. will this make that worse or help? Hope someone has an answer for me

  5. Thank you Dr Mandel. I have sponditis and narrowing oh the nerve canal, I was diagnosed at 39,im now 50 and my neck is riddled with arthritis, I do find lowering my head really relieves it. These excersized are fantastic. Thank you so much ❤️
