  1. Well done Will 👏 I think you are Amazing to admit to your mistakes! That takes a lot of Guts! Just proves what a nice, kind & honest guy you really are ❤ is there anyway I can contact you for advice please? 🙏 many thanks

  2. Last fall I learned that I have arthritis in both ankles. There has never been any pain, but my doctor sent me for ultrasound and X-Rays because of sudden swelling. He sent me to a physio who is probably ten years older than you, and she must be on the same page as you! She has given me exercises like the ones you teach your patients, and has me working on Improving my balance. I am very grateful for people like you who dedicate themselves to helping people live their lives in the best way possible. I have learned a lot from your videos and have also purchased your book and subscribed to your Friday newsletters. Very glad to be learning from you!

  3. Hi, Loving what you share with us about everything and also love Dr. David with El Paso Manual Physical Therapy. You both have helped me so very much.
Wish to share that y LED Red Light has also been so very helpful with the pain of it all. Sciatica and Periformis Syndrome is so very painful. I have it mostly under control; once in a while it flares and I pull out the LED Red Light for the early morning pain – that makes it so I can at least begin my day without pain and move forward with life. I love it when I have periods that I do not need the red light and exercises then keep me going.
    Thanks for being there!

  4. I really appreciate you, Mr Will Harlow for your videos. Thank you for humbly reflecting on your past mistakes and experiences, and now wiser, you’re giving us hope that we can embark on easier yet effective exercises that prove to be more effective and most importantly, doable and thus, sustainable. For example, I used to feel like a failure because squats hurt my already hurting knees, and exercises for frozen shoulder hurt too, so I gave up. Then I stumbled on your videos and persisted, and within days my knees and shoulder have recovered! Thanks for giving us hope, you’re God-sent! Keep up the good work 👍🏻🫡🫡🫡❤

  5. Nobody is perfect, Will — but I feel safe in saying that you might not realize how important and admired and trusted and loved you are, by people all over the world. You REALLY are helping thousands upon thousands of people who are grateful!!

  6. My mother had a painful knee and opted for a knee replacement. She was always very trusting of doctors and taught us to be too by example. However that was the beginning of her decline. I decided ahead of time to never to make that decision. We are lucky to be born in a different age with a more scientific approach. I had CFS for 10 years and lost a lot of mobility during that time. Physiotherapists and gyms seem to have a dislike of older people these days and tend to be disparaging to the point where we just got injured or gave up. However since seeing your videos I have worked through a series of your exercises that keep me pain free. I was delighted to find I developed muscle more quickly, using the gentlest exercises, than I ever had before. I have had a high risk of fracture in my spine for about 12 years now but my core strength is improving rapidly and I look forward to improvements in that area too. I can’t thank you enough for your generosity in providing these videos and the backup of your more recent book. I look forward to the future now. ❤

  7. Well my dear friend, you didn't make mistakes because you just didn't know better and genuinely believed what you were saying… I'm 82 years and have long learned EXPERIENCE is the BEST TEACHER. And Experience is not something you can buy or read up.. It comes on a daily basis, year by year.. Most inventions teachings learnings etc get updated continuously and those who REFUSE to LEARN from it, will never grow. But if your eyes and ears open, you develop into a great and good person.. Remember: WE NEVER STOP LEARNING.. I CAN ATTEST TO THAT😂😂😂

  8. Thankyou so much for saying that just because it's taking a long time, it doesn't mean it isn't working. To keep persisting and don't give up. I have had 3 setbacks so far, causing bad back pain. It has been leaving me feeling discouraged and defeated. You have given me hope and will keep at it.

  9. You’re really quite wonderful . Thank you for your humility in expressing your regrets of the past. We are only as capable as we know how to be at that time. it’s not possible to know in advance what we should be doing because we haven’t arrived at that point yet. You will find as you get older. There will be other areas of your life where you might have regrets where you “wish you would have known,” what you know now. It manifests in many areas of life and seems to be part of the trajectory of just simply living and growing. I really love your channel and your optimism and enthusiasm alone has helped me immensely. Thank you so kindly.❤😊

  10. Thank you, your admissions really help me as a 70 year old with advancing osteoarthritis. I often feel afraid that this condition will only get worse as time goes on and I will end up decrepit in bed for my last years. I worked in a nursing home and witnessed the painful existence of very old very crippled arthritic patients. I don’t know if there will ever be a relief of some kind for us in our very old age. Thank you for doing this work now I’m sure it will make a good difference for many of us!

  11. OMG! Yep! I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that there is something wrong with my 74 year old left shoulder muscles/tendons, since all the pain started when I overworked my left shoulder. No injury, and pain started overnight. Unfortunately, my orthopedic PA took an X-ray and declared that all my pain was due to all the arthritis in it. I was stunned. No right shoulder X ray to see if it too was loaded with arthritis and causing no pain. I was sent to therapy since I asked for it, did really well during the therapy, continued to do the exercises I learned after therapy was over, and increased my exercises, even though I could feel that painful "string in my bicep" during the first incredibly painful few reps, the pain in my shoulder blade against the bench, after which there is no pain during the rest of my workout. I am a wuss and am only moving 10 lb dumbells and a 22 lb barbell but using up to 50 lbs on my Bowflex. Any time life gets in my way and regular exercising goes out the door for a bit, that left shoulder gets terribly painful. So darned frustrating having to push thru pain over and over again, trying to grit my teeth while remembering that my shoulder will give me at least one or 2 pain free, bad range of motion days if I just bite the bullet and do it.

  12. I’d love to know your thoughts on El Paso Manual Physical Therapy’s video, 11 activities you should steer clear of if you have knee arthritis. He claims that strengthening your quads harm the knees by adding pressure on them. He actually shows the same exercise you demonstrate, the knee extension/inner range quads, as negatively affecting the knees. It’s his 7th example in the video. His 8th is squats. Thanks for your input.
