  5. first of all thankyou for giving me that precious advice , but now I am explaining you and everyone watching this comment about my current condition.
    I have acl and meniscus surgery and got infection after that surgery may be due to doctors fault , and then he done debridement surgery without removing my graft , my infection cures but it causes damage to my cartilage , due to which I feel stiffness , locking and poping sounds , and got inflammation every time when I walk too much or climbing stairs , this happens because I didn't doing my physiotherapy exercises regularly , so I changed my lifestyle , focus on strengthening my quadriceps muscle with help of resistance bands ,and increases its levels from blue to red band. , this makes me walk comfortable without any inflammation .
    And then I started doing gym after researching all about me knee on chatgpt( never underestimate chatgpt)
    I go to gym first I do leg extension with low weights( for quadriceps ), sideline leg raises for hip muscles , hamstring exercises ( I don't know name of that machine in the gym) , and at home daily done leg extension with resistance band twice a day( I done this exercise before I go everywhere)
    Then after few weeks in gym I started doing half body weight squats( don't go too much deep) ,
    I do zig zag motions( full control over knee) , cone training for agility and better control
    Along with this I focus on my full body workout for overall strength ( this give me overall strength)
    My current state :
    I can walk 2-3 km a day , can deadlift ( 100kg) , but only do 2-3 reps once in a week ,
    My stiffness and poping sounds is very low than before , and I can do slow running ( on my toes , which reduce pressure on knees) on grass or sand

    Honestly know I am believing that I can recover way more than i am know , and it's been only 1 month in gym ,
    I personally believe our body can heal anything if we have will power.
    and I will follow your advice also and telling you about it after some months.

  6. 51 years old,350lbs,no cartilage in my knees, and osteoarthritis, the pain is just brutal especially trying to walk up and down stairs,I try dieting and exercise but to no avail,I just want my old athletic body back and I would give anything for it
