There is hope!
It is possible to find relief, yes even if you are considered bone on bone or if you’ve lost a significant amount of cartilage ☝🏽
It may be scary to hear you’ve lost cartilage.
But it is a normal process of the body that your cartilage becomes less efficient. It doesn’t automatically mean you’ll have to give up everything you love and deal with significant pain for the rest of your life ☝🏽
Your joint is irritated and it’s irritated for a reason. There are people who are “bone on bone” and don’t experience pain so it’s more than just the fact of losing cartilage that’s increasing your pain 👀
This is good news because it means something can be done about your pain!
Now there absolutely is a time and a place for surgery but research suggests giving conservative measures a try first ✅
There could be many things contributing to your joint irritation but here are a few examples:
– muscle imabalances
-lack of activity/too much activity
– lack of nutrient dense foods
– high levels of stress without an outlet to manage it
– excess body fat
– poor sleep quality
And these are just a few. Each one of these factors can lead to increased irritation in your knees. Minimizing and modifying some of these behaviors can make a big difference in most 🙌🏼
If you’ve tried consistent movement, improving balance, eating foods that are good for your body, improving sleep, and managing stress with no success- surgery may be on the table and it doesn’t mean you’ve failed☝🏽
But there are options to try before coming to that decision and you may be surprised at how you feel 👀
If you want to know exactly how to get started meaning what exercises to do, what foods to include, what pin relieving strategies work the best- the Arthritis Adventure Blueprint has you covered ✅
Many people with bone on bone knees have been able to find relief and you’ll never know your potential until you get started‼️

Osteoarthritis can’t be cured, but it can be managed. Eat anti-inflammatory foods, take prescribed medicines, do regular physiotherapy, and most importantly, keep a strong will to stay independent: https://youtu.be/ry9TzbEKgdA
You’re absolutely right I’ve healed my bone on phone situation. It was a lot of working out and finding out what foods for information towards my joint what things relieved at.
Gua sha changed my life.
I had hip surgery yesterday. I was bone on bone, had a tiny piece of labrum left, and shredded cartilage. Doing physical therapy since 2023. Sometimes surgery is the answer. Good luck everybody!!
Very nice and informative tips! Along with these, Bone Support Capsules of Planet Ayurveda are a good herbal choice.
You are a great therapist
Carnivore diet healed my left knee 90% at night it will click when I bend and the morning is a bit tough right out of bed…..
I have seen great improvement in mobility after using Planet Ayurveda Boswellia Curcumin.
Thank you for all your videos. They’re very helpful for me.
And how do I eradicate pain entirely forever? Yeah you can’t. You’re giving people false hope. You and all these other pseudo physios should be ashamed. I’m gonna end my life because of this disease and I think everybody else with it should too. They are lying to you, this pain will never go away and it’s only gonna get worse. I’m only 30 and they won’t operate on me even though I have end stage arthritis – it’s evil.
I take care of my blind mother. I cannot walk anymore and I’m scared. I don’t have much time I can work with my back the way it is and my knee keeping me from walking a lot of times I’m scared.
Even if your legs 🦵 were super strong 💪 wouldn't the bones rub together without the shock absorbing cartilage!!!
Fvcking stupid that explained absolutely nothing & just made the creator look like a flat Earther
I've not even been investigated never mind told anything but I am in extreme and unexplained pain and I want to die
My mother's cartlighe in her knees have worn out, but she had operation on both legs and there are rods in the top part of her legs. We don't want her getting an operation. Her right knee bone now is out of place. Or maybe it's the rod. Can I get advice please.
Not quite
How you are not saying or showing how to solve the problem why?
I mean I can live with it but when i try to strech out my left leg so its straight, theres one point where my knee really hurts and I cant fully stretch it out. I mean okay…BUT I FVCKING 11 AND IM IN GOOD SHAPE LIKE HOOWWWW👹👹
The physio therapist I was going to said the same thing. He recommended PRP,hyaluronic acid injections and then in the future knee replacement.
He also recommended strengthening my muscles around the knees. This is where I’m at now. I out on a few pounds and my right knee is screaming 😱 😂….time to trim down..I’ve been taking arnica boiron pellets and also an arnica pain roll on….and I discovered Raw Maraby. He recommends specific herbs for cartilage rebuilding. I found my local apothecary that can create tinctures with those herbs as a blend. I placed my order,.I’m going to fight this! I want my knees for when I have children.
Just a bandaid. I wanted my life back. Surgery cured me.
