  1. Both NASM (National Assoc. of Sports Medicine) and ACE (American Council on Exercise) do NOT recommend traditional leg lifts for lower back pain, however bent knee (bicycle) leg lifts ARE. Why the HELL are any of you trusting TicTok, IG, FB or even YouTube "influencers" for your fitness needs without knowing their certification? THIS is how sports injuries happen! Know who you are trusting, and that the techniques they are showing you are safe, or more importantly safe for YOU. Get medical guidance so you KNOW what you are doing is safe for you, because without accreditation and certification you have NO clue what, if ANY sports and fitness training or knowledge they have. Which is basically like trusting someone to tell you Anorexia and Bulimia are safe and healthy ways to lose weight! If you want to learn proper planking go to a fitness center or gym that displays their accreditation and certification of EACH trainer they employ. Of course all in all you can learn Yoga, Pilates, meditation and WALK to lose weight, tone and strengthen every part you want toned…. again look for that accreditation and certification, or at least good ratings NOT likes, followers or views but ratings
