  1. Suffering from Disc bulge from last 12 days..caused due to playing aggressive badminton.. Doctor suggested medication for this disc bulge.. along with these similar excercises.. I have relief from pain around 75% till now.. will continue doing this for next 5 days.. from today I have tried ulta walking which seems more comfortable than walking straight.. will follow ulta chalna for early recovery..
