Healing a herniated disk naturally without surgery is possible by doing the right exercises in a process over time. It may take 1 year or more to heal a herniated disc. These exercises can start you on that process. Eventually, you’ll need to move onto more challenging exercise when you’re ready.

I am a 15 year old male , i recently got herniated disc by doing some bad posture squats and some shitty abs workouts on a fancy decline ab bench , the very next day i go to running like a dumb and worst of all the next day i did some back stretches , and you all know what might had happened , the very next day i was crying from pain , i got a very tight back with shooting pain , first my movement was disabled by lil and after 2 more days , i simply could not even bent a lil forward or backward , even sitting , coughing , sneezing and sometimes simply laying down hurst like hell . I am very scared to be honest cus its my first time having herniated disc , btw i am healing on my own . Today is the 10th day from my injury and 6th day from the re-irritation , i will keep updating about myself every week. And yes do not lose hope !!
(sorry for my bad English )

There’s herniations and herniation. Through my experience of suffering a large herniation of 12mm causing spinal stenosis I’m on a one way street to surgery. Ain’t nothing else is fixing this

I expected more coming from a physical therapist, so this was disappointing to watch

Useless Video ffs
I have a 14 mm disc herniation at L4/L5. I’ve already had a discectomy, but can it heal without another surgery?

Stop being nasty. No the exercises are not there. He did a short because people rather click on shorts due to all the ADHD going on
Soooo, where are the three exercises???
Don't believe it! It's been over 5 years since I started having pain and its still bothering me and I'm active. Tried about everything and have been working out my entire life. Never had an injury to that area, just apparantly got worn down over time and lifting heavy weights for medium reps.
Where is the full video about neck herniated?
