Here are some cool exercises that come in handy when you need a little simple decompression of the spine.👀💯

💥Sink Suspense: outwardly rotate your arms and hold your body up over a sink. Slowly descend, lengthening out the spine.
💥Bed Bungee: lie prone on your bed with the crease of your hips at the edge. Reach your arms out in front of you and hang down.
💥Sink Serenade: Stand 6-12 inches in front of your sink. Hold on to the sink and hinge at the hip, maintaining a neutral spine. Try tilting the pelvis anteriorly and posteriorly for added relief.

  1. I do the sink stretch at least once a month and everytime i feel my vertebra pop like something moving back into place after being stuck. Its so weird. All in the mid upper back area. So much compression goes on there it seems.
