  2. I've had back pain for about a month …years ago a medical doctor did this to me and others ..but the one I'm seeing now just lays me on the table and works up the spine …no back pain relief

  3. Thanks Doc. Gonna try this tonight. I do the positioning myself when I wake up and ' sometimes ' get a crack. But gets painful during the day when doing the smallest of things from hoovering, general house work, even getting in and out the car. So hoping this helps

  4. I've been to chiropractors before, and that adjustment did relieve a lot of pressure and pain. It felt great. However, for the past 10 years I've had chronic lower back pain. My lower back will not crack anymore in either direction. Very frustrating. I know if if it could crack in both directions, my chronic pain would go away. Pain meds don't even help.
