Hand arthritis pain relief with these 3 simple moves



Stiff, painful fingers?

Arthritis in the hands can make even simple daily things difficult and can be very frustrating 😞

But I want you to know there is something you can do to help loosen up your fingers and reduce arthritis pain during the day ☝🏽

Just like movement can be so incredibly beneficial for other joints like hips and knees- movement can also be vital for hand arthritis relief too 👍🏽

The key is making sure you are moving in ways that don’t significantly increase your pain ✅

Any of these three moves can help you to find some relief. Choose one or choose all 3 if they feel good. Being gentle is key as the finger joints are small 🤚🏼

The goal is to find movements to help maintain mobility of the fingers but also to improve blood flow and reduce stiffness ✨

A few repetitions can make a big difference.

You can also run your hands under warm water- especially in the morning if you notice significant stiffness. You can also wear hand compression gloves to help with pain and/or stiffness throughout the day ✋🏽

Hand arthritis can be tricky but motion is lotion! I’m here to help find ways to keep your hands healthy and mobile! ✅

Remember- consistency is key. These movements may need a few days to start producing results ☝🏽

  1. As a My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

  2. I'm doing this for the same reason as all the other gents here. I also I have bad arthritis in my writsts and knuckles so it benefits me as well. Thank god for my arthritis lol.
